Demotions & Removals

A staff member may be demoted or removed for:

• Staff abuse
• Repeated misconduct
• Inactivity
• Leaking confidential information
• Favoritism
• Serious rule violations
• Failure to perform their responsibilities

Serious incidents may result in immediate removal.
